How the game works

Sweepercraft is a minesweeper you climb. The shaft has no top: you open ground band by band and keep going until your third life is gone.

Common questions

I lost my progress. Records, credits and unlocks are saved on your device only. Deleting the app removes them, and they are not synced between devices.

Can I play without the timer? Yes. Choose RELAX on the title screen. It is the same shaft with the water taken out, and it keeps its own record.

A cell showed 0 but there was a mine above it. That is intended. Numbers stop at the band wall, so a mine behind a sealed gate is not counted. Each band is its own puzzle.

How do I change language? Tap the flag in the top left of the title screen. English, Chinese, German, French and Spanish are available.

Why did I move up a band on my own? Once you have opened enough of a band, the gate above it lifts and the game carries you up. Anything you left in the ground below stays there, so open what you want before the gate fills.

Accessibility

Tap SETTINGS on the title screen. Every option there starts out matching your iPhone's own settings, so if you have already asked iOS for larger text, a dark appearance or reduced motion, the game arrives that way without you changing anything. Once you set an option here, your choice is kept and the phone stops overriding it.

One known gap, stated plainly: menu controls are labelled for VoiceOver, but the minefield grid itself is not yet readable by a screen reader. Playing a board with VoiceOver is not possible today. It needs a proper design rather than a label on every cell, and it is planned rather than forgotten.

Privacy

Sweepercraft collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics and no advertising, and the app makes no network requests. See the privacy policy.
